Dress code: 

Girls must wear a leotard, snug fitting shorts (that are not too long) are acceptable.

Boys must wear elastic waist shorts and a fitted T-shirt or tank tucked in for all classes. 

No jeans, pants, baggy shorts, skirts, belts, zippers, or grommets.  No Jewelry is allowed.  Hair must be pulled up away from face.

Beginner Intermediate and Advanced Tumbling Schedule

Floor, trampoline, and pit are used to progress through tumbling skills in all Tumbling classes. 

Beginner Tumbling class description:  No skills are required for joining a Beginner Tumbling class.  Focus skills include: Bridge up, forward and backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. 

Intermediate Tumbling class description: Skills required for joining an Intermediate tumbling class: Bridge up, forward and backward rolls, handstand, cartwheel.  Focus skills include;  Backbend and come up from backbend, Kick over, roundoff, handstand forward rolls, introduction of back handspring.

Advanced Tumbling class description: Standing back handspring on trampoline, and a good roundoff on the floor are required to join this class. The class will focus on forward and backward tumbling beyond the basics. Focus skills will include: front and back walkovers & arabians, front and back handsprings, front and back tucks, aerials, etc.

Back Handspring Class Schedule

Back Handspring Class description: Floor, trampoline, and pit are used to progress through skills leading up to and including back handsprings. Drills to help learn the mechanics of a back handspring are also incorporated.  Strength and flexibility are used to help the student achieve the movements necessary to achieve a back handspring..
