Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I pay for holidays?
A: No. Holidays are built into the schedule at the beginning of each season.
Monthly tuition is based on an average of 4 classes per month. Some months will have 5 classes, some will have 3, however, the payment remains the same. All class days average out to 4 per month over the course of a regular season. Your tuition is based on enrollment and not a reflection of attendance. The payment is the same for each month. For each 3 week month there is a 5 week month to “makeup” for it. Therefore no makeup class needs to be scheduled for holidays and no change in tuition is necessary.
Q: What if my child misses a class for a reason other than a scheduled holiday?
A: Non-competitive classes can be made up if missed for any reason (other than a scheduled holiday). Credits or refunds will be not be given for classes missed.
For your convenience, current students missing class (for any reason other than a scheduled holiday) are offered 10 make up classes per season. To schedule your make up class, choose a class you would like to attend for your make up (check the schedule on our website). Call the office with the day, date and time that will work best for you to confirm availability. Make-ups should be scheduled within 3 months from the original absence date. You must be currently enrolled in a class to participate in make up classes. Fees are not prorated due to missed classes.
Q: What should my child wear for class?
A: That depends on the class!
Q: How is safety handled at Stacey’s Gymnastics?
A: Stacey's Gymnastics will warn children through "Safety Messages" appropriate for their age as well as our teaching style and progressions.
It is also the parent's responsibility to warn the child about the dangers of gymnastics and injury. The parent should warn the child according to what the parent feels is appropriate. If an injury occurs (at Stacey’s Gymnastics, or anywhere else) the classes missed may be made up reserving the child’s space in the class. With this option tuition will continue to be billed for the class. The deadline for making up classes will be extended for makeups due to classes missed for injury. Another option is for the child to withdraw from class, discontinuing billing for the class. If withdrawing from class the child’s space in class will not be reserved.
Q: At which entrance should I drop off my gymnast?

Q: What if I sign up and my child doesn't like it?
A: While it is unusual, sometimes gymnastics isn't the right fit for a child.
Sign up for a class, and give it a try for a month. After the first month if you or your child doesn't wish to continue your registration fee will be refunded. If you choose to sign up at a later date the registration fee will be due at that time.
