Dress code:
Girls must wear a leotard, optional snug fitting shorts (that are not too long) are acceptable, for all recreational classes. (Aerial classes: Leggings or footless tights are also required.)
Boys must wear elastic waist shorts (that are not too long/baggy) and a fitted T-shirt or tank tucked in for all classes. (Aerial classes: snug fitting pants are also required.)
Everyone: No jeans, pants, baggy shorts, skirts, belts, zippers, or grommets. No Jewelry is allowed (small stud earrings are OK). Hair must be pulled up away from face.

Toddler Time Gymnastics (45 min. class)For boys and girls. Recommend starting at 18 mo. and continuing through 3 yrs. of age. A parent, or other caregiver (18 or older), participates with the child. Body awareness, gross motor skills, social and listening skills are developed. Basic gymnastics skills will be preformed on our smaller scale equipment.

Twinkling Starz Gymnastics (50 min. class)For boys and girls ages 3-4 yrs. Children participate in class without the aid of a parent or other caregiver. Gross motor skills and social skills are improved while learning exciting gymnastics skills!
