Special COVID-19 instructions for ALL CLASSES:
Beginning Monday, November 15th masks will no longer be required. Anyone who wishes to wear a mask may do so, but masks will no longer be required to be worn inside the building beginning Monday, November 15, 2021.
If your child is feeling unwell please keep them home. All non-competitive classes are offered make-up classes for classes missed for any reason, other than a scheduled holiday. Classes missed are eligible for a make-up up to 3 months after the class missed.
If you are feeling unwell please drop your child off for class rather than entering the building (If your child has class through the red awning entrance at the back of the gym it is highly recommended that a parent/guardian be in the building during class).
We need your help to keep everyone safe and healthy, and to keep masks optional.

- WHERE TO ENTER THE BUILDING FOR CLASS:
- via the blue awning for all Shooting Starz, Boys Gym Fit, Back Handspring Class, Aerial Silks, Little Pre-Team, Pre-Team, Team and Tumbling classes.
- via the black awning for Fairy Tale Ballet.
- via the red awning for Rising Starz, Twinkling Starz and Toddler Time classes.
- FOR CLASSES ENTERING THROUGH THE BLUE AWNING:
- The doors under the blue awning are ENTRANCE ONLY doors. If you plan to drop off your child for class (and not stay and watch class), please drop off from the upper ice arena lot. Then park in the lower lot upon arrival for pickup and follow the instructions below for pickup after class.
- When your child arrives for class, they should enter through the blue awning doors and line up along the vending machines to wait to be called into class.
- Parents staying to watch class should find their seat upon arrival. Parents do not need to stand with their child while they are lined up for class, this helps avoid congestion in the waiting area.
- Five (5) minutes prior to the end of class parents should leave their seat and proceed to the other end of the front lobby, by the doors under the black awning. For example, if your child's class is 5:30-6:25, at 6:20 you should leave your viewing seat and walk to the other end of the lobby by the doors under the black awning. This helps avoid congestion as one class leaves and another is preparing to enter. It also allows parents arriving for class to find their seat for viewing.
- The doors under the black awning are EXIT ONLY doors (with the exception of the fairytale ballet classes entering and exiting through these doors).
- At the conclusion of class a coach will walk the class down the hallway to the area of the lobby by the black awning doors. Any child that cannot find their parent should let the coach know. If the parent cannot be found that child will be taken to the main office to wait for their parent.
- If you prefer for your child to walk into the parking lot alone you may wait in your car after class. Please keep in mind that a coach will no longer be standing outside in the parking lot to assist with children crossing traffic areas
- Athletes need to bring water bottles. If an athlete forgets their water bottle, water bottles are available for purchase for $1.00.
- Parents: Please be patient and cautious when entering and leaving the parking lot, athletes will be walking to and from their cars.
- Athletes must be fever free for at least 72 hours without the aid of medication before returning to the gym.
- Please keep in mind this virus can be present with very mild symptoms. If you think for any reason that your child may be sick, please keep them home. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html
- If anyone in your family (living with you) has tested positive for COVID-19, follow quarantine instructions from the CDC. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html
- Also visit the St. Charles County Health Department for additional local guidelines: https://www.sccmo.org/2136/COVID-19-Quarantine-Information
- If your child tests positive for COVID-19 please notify Stacey's Gymnastics office staff.
- Exceptions are made to our make up policy on a case by case basis due to COVID-19.
We ask that parents note the following expectations that will make parent viewing possible:
- Upon entry, spectators need to immediately go to the designated parent viewing area.
- At no point during practice should the parent/guardian attempt communication with the coaches or athletes. Should you need to do so, please visit an office staff member, they will help you with your communications needs.
- Vending machines are available to you; however, drinking fountains are temporarily out of service due to COVID-19 restrictions.
- Five (5) minuets prior to the end of class, parents need to proceed to the area of the lobby near the exit only doors (the doors under the black awning). The athletes will be released into this area of the lobby by a coach at the conclusion of their class. This stipulation is to help with crowd control in our lobby during class change times. If an athlete is unable to find their parent, they should let the coach know.
- Please utilize the UPPER LOT for drop off if you will not be staying to watch class.
